Anyone had a flawless time ordering?

Ordered Frozen Grey in Nov 2021, got prod # in Dec, week 4 build, on Artemis Leader and car will be here in a couple of weeks. So thankful I didn't have any stop builds, etc. Car is well optioned, but no carbon or park assist.

Went into the dealer in February, built my car and sent it in immediately there within 10 minutes. Car has been built since 3/2 and is in QC now but since this week has been shut down I'm not sure if it would have been out faster but so far its been smooth

Honestly I’ve had a pretty flawless experience myself. I do have a stop sale, but if it clears in 2 weeks, that’s still p solid.

Pretty smooth here. A little delay from week 2 to week 5, but that’s about the only trouble. No stop sales, deletions, or getting stuck along the way…

Ordered Jan 17th Car just arrived at port of entry Yesterday. So far no stop sales. Every option except CCB, Carbon Exterior, and Carbon Seats. I feel like I have won the lottery.

You ordered a G83, right? I think they are moving quickly. I ordered a G83 on January 14 and mine is awaiting carrier assignment. Thought my order was quick until I read about yours.

I probably have one of the worst experiences on this entire forum.

I ordered September 3rd, got an allocation on the spot. Since then it has gone from scheduled for production to order received THREE times. It finally flipped to production begins last week, but it has not moved since.

I am at 6 months and 8 days AND COUNTING! I'm going to look at a Cayman GTS 4.0 6MT this weekend because I'm honestly fed up with bmw.

What was the timeframe from VPC to schedule PCD?

I have not heard of anyone getting more than a $500 discount since last summer. You must have had some good blackmail material on the sales manager.

Is there a common trend in here with options not checked for the build? I know red leather, laser lights , and park assistance package were major causes of delay…. Does anyone have those options?

Got mines in 3 months, from order to purchase. Moderately optioned: laser, carbon trim, executive pack, shadowline. Portimao on fiona red. Got lucky I guess
