Feck ... is that an 05 plate?

My original finance deal was based on my car being worth around 10K after 4 years / 80,000 miles.

I agree - some nice relatively low mileage examples for less than 11k forecourt price, with some haggling your gonna be walking away with a nice car for 10k ish

What mileage was on the one you saw, Carlos? The one I spotted has 65k with leather, xenons and finished in an odd colour blue

That is nice, and very tempting. but it worries me to think what mine would be worth now that it's 11 months old.

Actually that's got no nav and it's an SE.

Assuming £30k new, then after 3 years / 60k miles 40% retained value would be £12k. Not that outrageous I suppose.

If you can find a high mileage 05 plate SE without nav, they probably already have.

Didn't realise you could get a 330i ...

Did really like my old E46 330Ci (apart from the dreadful automatic box)

Now being really fussy I would like - a colour like red or white or black or blue. A smooth rear bumper (no park thing). Nice alloys, those black rear lights, lowered, CD player. Not bothered about SatNav, A/C / C/C, other gadgets! May well put 330i into my considerations.

No nav, but no one buying an 8k car is going to be that bothered about nav anyway IMO - it prob cost 2k, might get 1k back after a couple of years, but after that the value of it will fade away. Might make a car more desirable than another similar one for sale, but doubt it will be a deal breaker.

This is a good price...but not much different than what they were 4 or months ago...as they seems stable enough.
