Import music from USB

Hi

I am getting the error no corresponding data on USB device when I try to import music to my X3 2018 hard drive

I've tried with both a fat32 and exfat formatted usb - in both cases they contain .mp3 files.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you play the files straight form the USB? I don't even bother importing music as the USB can be far bigger than the HDD.

If you cant play them from the USB then there is an issue with your files. I think my drive is formatted in exFat.
