Im on the wall on this one. I think everyone has the right to strive for a better life. But at the same time if everyone does that, this country will be flocked with immigrants (legal or not).

Dude we are all immigrants, this country was built by immigrants. This is what I have been afraid of. Everyone here if you go far enough back their family immigrated here and they faced hardships to come here by those who arrived first. Now that we are here established instead of learning from our immigrant roots, now we are the "firsts" and the cycle continues.

You know...I've thought about this. Then again if you go back far enough, monkeys had to migrate to other places as well. Then they evolved (assuming you believe in evolution) into homo erectus and spreaded all over the place. The people that came over here from England were conquerers, not immigrants...
