Hey guys me car should be in in two weeks. Does anyone know the newest lease rates for May? Just curious if they went down because of the whole new model rumor mill.

...Or does anyone know finance rates for May?

I know April is 3.9% on used. New is 6.5%

I heard though with the high gas prices that the May rates are going to be pretty awesome because when gas is high people don't buy premium cars as much.

Is there a reason no one has this info yet?? Is BMW just not releasing the info or has everyones sorce dryed up? My car just reached the port in NY, I have Aprils rates locked in but they should be better this month.

I know what they are. Let me know what car your looking for. I have eastern region rates BTW. No special retail rates here. Most programs stayed the same or got worse so I think your better with the old program brent.

The residual is the same and the mf has changes to .00225 for the 36 month term. Hope this helps and be glad you got in last month.

Is there any improvement on any other lease terms? The dealer called my friend today and said that the May rates on a 325xi have dropped for the 27 mo. lease.

Brent,
The 330i had a better lease on every term last month so you have the best one. I have been watching this carefully because I have a 330i on order that will be here before the end of the month so I want the best program available also. I will let you know if anything changes.

My SA said the residuals AND money factor both had changed (at least on the 330i). Are you sure the money factor on the 330i, 36 month lease is still 0.00225?

That, combined with the residual dropping from 68% to 62% made the payment jump way up on the excel calculator I downloaded from this forum, and the jump was quite a bit higher than the jump I see on the bmwusa calculator on the same car. It's also higher than what my SA quoted me.

Can someone confirm these numbers?

hey andrew330i, you happen to know the rates for april with a 10k mile 36 month lease? i got locked into aprils rates and my SA quoted me a money factor of .0025, with a residual value of 65%. i seem to be paying alot more than all you guys (quoted at like 563/month for a comparable priced car), and im only doing a 10 k mile lease. any help?

andrew 330i, do you have a similiar table for april's rates? I'm locked into the april rates but I'm getting money factor quotes that are much higher than what everyone else seems to be getting. I am in the DC metro area, don't know if this makes any difference.

Thanks Andrew. That's very helpful.

Are money factors and residuals negotiable? Or just MSRP?
