Blower problem hot and cold

My f32 has just developed a blower problem. I can’t change from hot to cold or vice versa.
if I’m in the car and it’s set to 16c when I start it I cannot get it heat. But if I start the car with the heat setting on 28c I then can’t get it to blow cold.
ive trawled the internet to find the fault and it seems to point towards the blend door actuator?
as it will intermittently blow hot or cold but will not allow me to alter the temp.

has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know where I will find the location of this actuator?

Update, windscreen defrost blows hot and cold and the control works changing from heat to cold.

Front blowers won’t change between hot and cold
Had the codes read and comes out with this.
E70C1E - motor defrosting or central drive does not respond
E70C20 - motor mixed air or mixed air left not responding
E70C21 - right mixed air motor does not respond
E70C23 - motor ventilation left footwell does not respond
E70C24 - motor ventilation right footwell does not respond
E70C27 - motor stratification front left does not respond
E70C28 - motor stratification front right does not respond
E70C29 - motor recirculation does not respond
E70C2C - motor recirculation does not respond
E70C31 - PTC module does not respond

Anyone have any ideas on this please?

i'd get a copy of ista+ and run a scan. it'll help troubleshoot what the actual problem is as there are testing plans you can work with to identity the root cause

I found a blown 5amp fuse in the FEM that caused some if the faults but didn't fix them all. Still wouldn't demist the windscreen.
