New Car :)
Bought my next fun car - MGB Roadster pick it up next Friday can't wait
It's in very good condition no rust new roof! Black with rostyles and complete with usual dodgy 70's interior, got an absolute bargain

"Midgie", the BMW, and now this makes three; four if she hasn't gotten rid of the blue MX5. Still, four cars in seven months?

I think you forget the centre of your arguement here, that modern is better than classic and here am I with one of each, so in effect I'm not arguing classic is better than modern in the first place!

Lol had to google that and 100% agree about the first one, am swaying towards the Carbon Fibre, it looks amazing, wish MG had the same pic up as the one they have in the brochure, with the right steering wheel it bring the interior bang up to date but still keeping it's charm.

Thats the beauty of classic cars, modding is so cheap, and all available from your local ironmonger.

Your a brave one. I've always loved the charm of classics, modern legislation just doesn't allow for the lines of old, but Im just not a dirty fingernail person!
ETA: But a modern 356 speedster or Cobra is a different story... |

They have a certain charm and a personality of their own, I love my Classics! Owned lots of old cars.
Not too worried about getting my fingernails dirty, can always wash your hands afterwards Though know what you mean! A Chesiel? (sp) Cobra is one of my dream cars

Yea, love the chisel (sp too) but they got took over by a company called Tygan http://www.tygan.co.uk/ .Completely convinced my friend to buy a Cobra replica, AK or similar, instead of the S2000 he was looking at. (not sure If that makes me a good friend or not...
ETA: Chesil... oh the joys of t'internet |
