thoughts? Int. Color: Oyster Vernasca Leather

will this be a nightmare of fairly okay. I have 3 small kids but they will rarely ride in there. But just generally if this is my 1/2 daily, should i gt Oyster or should i just go red?

Thundernight exterior....

I like the look of Oyster white.. but even with no kids at home anymore I still feel its too light for potential dirt. Also, in my view w/Purple exterior Red interior would clash

IMO, if the exterior is thunder night, I'd go with oyster leather or cognac sensatec.

You can always stash some leather wipes in the car to make upkeep easier

I asked a CA his opinion on the subject of Oyster. He said to think about how often you wear blue jeans. No blue jeans, not a big issue to keep clean.

For me if I was getting Thundernight, I think I would go Oyster Leather.

I originally wanted Thundernight with Oyster, but ended up with Brookly Gray and Tocara Red. I can say from experience with COral Red that it doesn't show dirt much. If you don't mind keeping up with regular cleaning Im sure the Oyster would be just fine.

I went with the thundernight metallic and oyster interior. Originally I was going with the black sensatec, but it just seemed too dark to me. I wanted some contrast. Plus a lighter interior will make it seem a little bigger inside. I have oyster (sensatec) in my current vehicle and haven't had any issues. Anything that does get on the upholstery wipes right off. I ride/have horses so more often than not I can have dirt and other stuff on my clothing and I haven't had any issues. My only concern is that leather might be a little more apt to get stains than the sensatec, but as long as you make sure to clean anything that gets on it quickly it shouldn't be a problem.

There is a video on youtube by BMW of Mountain View that shows this spec. I think it's a really sharp combo, I'm exited to see it in person.

My wife and I test drove that exact car at the Mountain View BMW on Tuesday. Although whites for interior are not my thing, I think Oyster or Black would be the right color choices if you are getting purple.

More importantly, my wife liked the purple and would have been willing to get that exact car if I had wanted. I wanted the Brooklyn Grey metallic with Cognac Perforated SensaTec + shadowline and black wheels so we ended up ordering one.

Go with Oyster, especially with Thundernight.

I actually wish BMW offered an even whiter interior on the 2(like Ivory White on X5) because Oyster really isn't that white.

Hmm, I wonder what Mineral White with Oyster and the extended shadowline pkg would look like?

Just based on our year old off white leather sofa, I wouldn't go with the Oyster interior. It just starts showing everything very quickly and the blue dye from jeans stains it super fast.

We have a 2017 330e with Oyster Dakota leather (Mediterranean Blue ext.) as a daily driver.
Leather is in perfect shape. Super-clean. Does not show any dirt. I clean it twice a year, no special attention.
Disclaimer: no small kids.

IMHO - red (of any kind) does not go with thundernight. Go with oyster, you will be happy with it. Or the light brown color. Forgot what it's called.

I've had white leather before. Like others mentioned, the dye from your jeans/denim will rub off on the leather. Other than that, I dont think it was particularly hard to keep clean.

We have Alpine White with Oyster Vernasca in my wife's 2022 X3. Here's a sample for you. Should be a similar look with Mineral White. In my opinion, in person the oyster looks less beige than in this pic.

I had oyster leather with my G20 330e and it didn’t stain much at all, I used leather cleaner wax on it about 3 times in 2 years and even that was more than necessary. Go for the Oyster, you shouldn’t regret it

I prefer the interior to be light instead of the grey or black of most cars. The carpet is still black. Just treat the seats and retreat them monthly.

I had this on my 2021 F44. Exterior color was Storm Bay Metallic. Came off lease a few days ago. I took this picture when I returned the vehicle. I am anal about keeping my cars clean. No kids were ever in the car. Hopefully, the picture attached does it justice. I know the dealer was amazed.
