just go to home depot and get those rubber screws with flat top...thats wut i did haha

those plastic plugs will do the trick just like edison said. is only a small portion that needs painted, and since ur car is AW, it will be super easy IMO to colour match and wont be noticeable at all.

is like plastic screw without threads or the phlip/flatend screw inserts. should be in hardware department..

u get the screw...sand away the top with really rough sand paper until the slot for screwdriver disappears, paint the head, then plug it in.

It's actually platic screws not rubber...my bad
