Removed resonator, should I delete 2nd one?

Hey guys, paid 300 to delete resonator and replace with X pipe. Sounds great on cold startup but I honestly can't tell any difference in driving.

So I'm wondering, if I should delete the back resonator. Or is this doing a bit too much or cause droning?

Would love to get advice from someone who has done it.

Why did I do this in the first place? I wanted to hear the exhaust a bit more without fully replacing exhaust with something like remus and also afraid to commit to exhaust replacement because I don't want it TOO loud during driving.

Thanks!

Try disabling the valves first with something like Bimmercode. Running with no rear muffler at all will sound pretty violent.

I think he's talking about just the resonators, not the mufflers..

Yes. The muffler shop removed front and told me to come back if i want the back ones removed if i want it louder… im wondering if it’s going to be TOO loud - mainly from inside cabin.

No drone, the muffler flap still closes at low rpm when cruising

Thanks!

I'm removing the 2nd one ASAP!

Worst case, I will just put it back on if it's too loud or annoying for me.

I have both removed and I can't tell the difference in comfort mode. I guess its louder when you boot it. It is a lot louder in sport and crackles/pops on downshift or lifting from the throttle. Sounds amazing on upshift.
