BMW E90 CIC Tuner AM-FM don't work after update

Hello.

I updated the CCC module with ISTA-P. The AM-FM tuner stopped

communicating after the update.

I tried to program it with WinKFP but it does not communicate.

Is there a way to reprogram it?
