Valentine 1 and Other car's radar....

Put this here because it seems to fit....

Anyway, I have an older V1 and the new V1Gen2. I have been plagued by the newer HONDA car safety systems which trigger my V1's and trigger me. I sent an email to Valentine and their reply was very disappointing ( a couple months ago).

Does anyone know of a radar detector which successfully ignores HONDAS? The JunkK fighter in the older V1 and the newer Gen 2 works fine for just about every other manufactures cars...

I thought that car safety radar used a different range of signal than police but I guess they can use the same frequency as the police radar. That is ODD.

The Randenso Pro-M does a phenomenal job filtering out the BSM falses (especially from Hondas / Acuras).

Very quiet radar …

I use the Pro M. It's very good but Mazda blind spot detection always triggers the K band. Other cars it filters well. It just can't block Mazdas.
