DME Codes CDxx and Low Target Boost after MSD80 DME Repair

My MDS80 dme took a dump so I had to get a replacement DME (thread title says repair but it was a replacement that was cloned and programmed). The original DME had a custom wedge flash tune and after the replacement, I got a bunch of CDxx codes.

I also noticed that my target boost is low. I was dealing with a boost leak but this never affected the target boost with the wedge tune. Target was always 18.9psi and now it ranges anywhere from 7-14psi on WOT pulls. It also struggles a bit in the high rev range which it wasn't doing before the DME repair.

I'm thinking my issue is that I didn't flash the DME back to stock, so this may have affected the cloning of the replacement DME. I flashed an MHD OTS Stage 2+ tune and nothing changed. Target boost is still low, under 13psi with the MHD tune. I've attached a picture of the dme codes that appear.

What is my next best course of action? I will also get a log and post it as soon as I can

Looks like your DME is expecting to see an automatic transmission but has no comms.

Is your car manual?

I would use WinKFP and flash it back to stock first and make sure no errors return.

Yes, my car is a manual transmission. I will try that, thanks!
