Here are current rates for the King's Hotel which is convenient for Euro Deliveries-

In the heart of Munich, the King’s Hotel is offering BMW European Delivery customers very favorable rates at both their 3-star and 4-star properties, conveniently located in Munich about 100-150 yards from the main train station, giving guest easy access to transportation. The King’s Hotel is also only 5 miles from the BMW Delivery Center. The King’s Hotel can make arrangements to have European Delivery guests picked up and/or dropped off at the Munich airport for 80 euros. This is a special arrangement for BMW customers only so please make arrangements in advance of your arrival (see below for contact infomation).
The King’s Hotel is represented in the Americas by Inter-Connect USA and these rates are only available by booking direct with Sandra Camponogara or Maritza Rodriguez. They are not available for booking through travel agents or the hotel directly.

All BMW negotiated rates include breakfast, service and V.A.T. Preferential Rates are not valid during fairs and the Oktoberfest.
Payment: Guests will pay at the hotel upon check-out. Reservations are guaranteed with guest’s credit card at the time of booking. Hotel accepts Amex, Visa, Diner’s, Eurocard, JCB.
Bookings: All reservations are subject to availability.
Child Policy: Children under the age of 12 are free of charge in the parents´ room (triple).
Fair-Rates: Preferential rates are not available during fairs or Oktoberfest The fair rates are valid from the first day until the last day of any Munich Fair and the Oktoberfest.
Cancellation policy: One Day prior to arrival with no charge.
For Fairs and Oktoberfest, cancellation policy is 7 days prior.
In case of later cancellation the hotels reserve the right to charge 80% of the room rate.
No Shows: No-show charge: 80% of the room rate.
Closed Dates: The Hotel is closed from December 23rd, 2006 until
December 27th, 2006.
For an additional cost of EUR 10,00 per room per night you can reserve a King’s Club single or double room: they are located on the courtyard side of the hotel and includes the following amenities: free local calls (089 area), a free bottle of mineral water and daily newspaper.

WAY overpriced when compared to deals attainable on Priceline in Munich, I read on another forum and tripadvisor on using Priceline in Munich and it was a great deal, 4star hotel for $65 night, not bad.

I got great deals with Priceline name your own price, if you use this bid on 4star hotel in the center/north area, it will almost always be one of two Sheratons or two Marriotts, bid around 65us dollars a night and you should get a great deal and nice room, I recently did this on my ED and stayed 2 nights at a Arabella Sheraton and one night at the Renaissance
Marriott, both places $65, you cannot touch these hotels for this price without Priceline(name your own price), it was the first time I used it, and great.....now if money is not a factor the Kempinski hotel is blocks away from Hofbrauhaus and a very very ritzy area of Munich, its like being on 5th Ave in NYC or Michigan Ave in Chicago, for me the Sheraton and Marriotts were great for the price....Kings was not worth the $$$ difference in my mind
