Where's my first aid kit

While messing around in the rear section of my X3, I saw a symbol for the first aid. The owner's manual states there should be a kit behind this door. I found nothing. Could this have been omitted during assembly? Shouldn't the dealer have checked for it Did you get one?

I don't think U.S. spec vehicles get the first aid kit. Same with the safety triangle marker.

I didn't see one in mine, either. All my other cars have had it. I guess everyone needs to cut corners somewhere.

US spec vehicles do not get first aid kits, or warning triangle.

Deleted from US cars. Over the years bmw includes less and less. Even the "tool kit" is a joke now.

As stated no first aid kits have been placed in our are US vehicles for a long time. I have this one that I originally purchased for my 2011 328 and transferred to my Wife’s X5, picking up another one for my M40i. I also have the warning triangle, but that is now a paper weight in my garage cabinet. I store the first aid kit in the mesh net holder verses under the panel in the m40i. The X5 does not have a mesh net holder so that one is under the panel buried in a slot made for it which no one will ever find lol.
