Absolute insanity? Or a reasonable way to tide things over until we know more about the G87?

I have 2 fundamental problems w the Supra-

1) Subjective but it is straight up butt ugly... they turned the styling up to an 11 where they should have left it at a 7 or so.

2) it's way too small w 2 seats.

if neither of those bother you, it's a pretty solid car and value... especially MY21+. Do I think it's as cool as an M2? No... but again that's subjective.

I want to like the car so much but the seating position and general feel inside the car kills it for me. The windows are so short, I felt like my head was in the roofline. I drove a 2020 before the power upgrade and it felt unbelievably fast. I haven’t driven my M2C yet, it’ll be done with PPF next week, but I’m hoping it feels just as fast if not faster.

Looks are subjective, the F1 style nose is a bit weird but the car definitely has presence.

I’ve read that the next gen 2 series (including the M2) will be based on the same platform underpinning the Supra/Z4, so it could be a nice preview of what’s in store.

yeah...therein lies the rub. It just seems like an M2 with a lousier body and no manual. that seems like the trade off vs getting a inline-6/RWD, vs waiting for the G87...
