Just to let you know my recent experience was 12 days from order to parts arriving and looking at recent reviews that seems the new norm. If you need something quickly don't use them...

I should have thought before I ordered a couple of track control arms for my son's Nissan. He went in for an MOT at Kwikfit and they slapped a dangerous fail on the car - quite how a part deteriorates so quickly that there was not even an advisory from Nissan at last year's MOT and 3000 miles later it is dangerous I'm not sure. Looking at them once out I can't really see how they were dangerous but that's another story... Anyway it meant we urgently needed replacements... I just didn't think - so used to car parts arriving within 2 days - I couldn't keep waiting on the Autodoc parts to arrive (just showed in transit for over a week) ended up ordering some from somewhere else UK based and got them the next day... The delay was probably due to delays at the border so not Autodocs fault really... But anyway I've learnt my lesson and deleted my Autodoc app as I won't be using them again - as their answer was I should have paid extra so that I could return them for free!! Er no, you should have had the decency to advise UK customers that UK shipping is still incurring big delays...

Anyway - this isn't meant to be a general moan just to warn you that they aren't the company to use anymore if you need parts quickly...

if you paid with Paypal then you should be able to claim back from Paypal free return shipping... if that helps?

Autodoc have never been quick delivery even before Brexit. I've used them a few times before and would again, just knowing you need to order in advance, otherwise would source in UK if needed quicker.

I was the same, I bought my stuff knowing it would take somewhere between 10-14 days to arrive. I suspect they don't actually stock much and order it in from their suppliers as once it was dispatched it arrived at my door within 48hrs. But yeah, definitely not one to order from if you need something urgent!

I had the same experience but they were half price verses buying from the UK
