Help... VRSF customer service not responding
Hi guys,
I've been a long-time browser of this forum but have not posted anything before. I recently purchased a set of charge pipe from vrsf for my manual f30 328i. When I was trying to install it, I discovered that it has one additional vacuum port facing the back of the engine bay but my original charge pipe doesn't have anything connected there. After some research, I realized that the port is only for cars with automatic transimission. So I reached out to vrsf about this twice using their website, the second time a representative reached out wanting photos of the pipe. After that encounter, it's been a week and I have not heard back since... I tried emailing a couple of times more but it's as if no one works there checks their emails at all. Has anybody experienced this before? I'm sitting on a set of charge pipe that couldn't be installed. |

Did you pay with a credit card? Just call your credit card company and let them deal with it. No sweat off your back, consumer protection. Do they have a phone number you could call to try and speak with a human? I don't have any experience with VRSF but their name comes up a lot with fitment and customer service issues on this forum.... that kind of stuff goes hand in hand with cheap products unfortunately.

Yes... its well known around here that VRSF has horrendous customer service and very questionable fitment across their product offering.
I wouldn't do business with them, call credit card... explain situation... get money back. |

Charge pipe and vacuum port don't mix. It serves another purpose.
Anyway if it's not used on your car, just plug it...

Yeah if its anything like the N55, all they do is give you a cap/plug for it... They don't make a manual and an automatic CP. They make one that has anything you might need, then give you the plug for what you don't need.

Plug it with a dorman plug and clamp. I can't remember what size it is, but it comes with various sizes for $7 or so.

AFAIK VRSF doesnt have a phone number. The phone would probably be ringing off the hook with all their product issues. |
