There's not really any way we can remote diagnose with the info you provided. Are you tuned? Any mods? Any recent service? When did the problem happen (idle, WOT, cruise?)? Datalogs?

Are you tuned? No but i'm planning to use bootmode 3 stage 1 soon
Any mods? Any recent service? Nope
When did the problem happen (idle, WOT, cruise?)? The code stays on all the time even if I reset it. (I have the car for a few months now)
Datalogs? (How do i get that ?)

You won't be able to datalog (at least not effectively) without some tuning/logging software. It could be the O2 sensor itself. How does the car drive?

It drives really good actually. When i start the car it shacks a bit and sometimes the check engine comes up because of that error. I just purchase Bootmode 3 I should get it soon . But I'm afraid because of this error something will go wrong when i use Bootmode3

You need to datalog your car on stock tune before flashing anything with BM3. You should make sure everything is running properly before tuning.

I successfully installed a stage 1 tune and upgrade the transmission.
I still get the same error after that .

The car is driving crazy good but the check engine came back while idle .

I check the intake I can’t find any leaking .

Any suggestions?

I can’t save the data logs in bootmode 3

BMW came out with a TSB for the same issue. SI B11 07 17. this relates to winter condition or cold temperatures but it could be a start.

So you tuned a car that has an issue? Not a wise move lol... Not sure why you can't save datalogs but you need to figure that out. I don't see how it could be the intake, its a rich code not lean.
