Installing Headunit

I've searched the threads on here and I can't find anything. If i wanted to install an aftermarket headunit is there anyway i can do so and keep my stock speakers and stock amp?? If so, please tell me how! I really wanna know!

Since U.S. based cars don't come with a headunit or basic radio, what are you thinking of removing?

The only options in the U.S. are the MID (standard) or the CID from iDrive.

If you remove the MID, you lose access to a lot of the car's functionality.

Plus finding something that will work with the MOST bus won't be easy either.
