Phone Holder

Hey guys,
Just picked up a 2021 X7 Msport for the wife yesterday.
First thing she noticed, there was nowhere convenient to store her phone other than the charging pad.
The issue with the charging pad is if you have anything in the cup holder it's difficult to access.

So all that said, has anyone found a non magnetic phone holder that works well?

Could you take a picture of that in your X7 please CruiseControl ?

With that width, doesn't it rub up against your outer thigh when you sit?

I've been considering getting a seat gap device

No rubbing for me but in my wife's Mazda CX-5 it rubbed for her and she simply put it on the passenger side.

I don't have the vehicle right now. I got hit by a runaway shopping cart and it left a pretty good dent and its being fixed, along with other minor scratches while their at it.

I will post pics later this week.

I have this in all my cars:

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Easy to move to loaners, etc. If you use both cupholders, that's the only downside.

Nice congrats! I love me some msport. Does your wife have an iPhone and use CarPlay? I ask because my wife and I stash our phones on the wireless charger or the side door pocket and forget about it. Everything we need while driving is either accessible through the menus/memory buttons, or I use Siri.

Yes sir, however her case doesnt allow for charging. She also finds it difficult to access with a water bottle in the cup holder.

Me too. I almost bought a similar one but decided against it after sitting in the car and thinking about how I'm going to be rubbing against that thing all the time which would make me wind up throwing it out.

I'm a pretty thin dude so perhaps it might bother others but, its 7 bucks, try it and if it rubs return it.
