No window shade option?

I've searched various threads and have not been able to determine if a window shade option is offered for the G80/G82. Could someone point me to a thread I've missed or confirm its availability/non-availability? Thanks.

Hasn't appeared on a single option sheet I have seen so far.

This option was removed on the G20 so not surprised it isn't available.

I never understood why they removed it on the G20 and do not offer it on the G80. I LOVED the rear power window shade. I live in Alabama. It gets HOT AS HELL in the summer here. Any bit of shade in the car helps (albeit some).

I liked it and had it on my E92, E90 and F30. Wish it was still available.

I don't get they they don't offer it anymore.

I love this option as well. I've had it on every BMW car I've owned.

On M5s factory darkened glass is available as an option in the EU but not in NA. Probably safe to assume the same to the G8X as well. So if you're in NA you would definitely need some tints ASAP.
