Where to get AFE air filters installed?

Hi everyone, I planning to buy AFE cold air intake from **********s and I was wondering if anybody could recommend a good BMW mechanic in Queens,Brooklyn or in Long Island area. By the way, I am going to take the car to dealer next week to get the oil/oil filter changed on my dime(4500 miles). But would this be a problem if they see AFE filters?
