I've heard of these horror stories where kids are in the car when some scumbag is steeling it. After some compassion or a moment of clarity (avoiding kidnapping charges?) they usually abandon it.

No these animals were caught driving the wrong side of a carriageway with someone else's kids!! I still can't believe it.

They probably thought it was funny and would just get another slap on the wrists.

Would be absolutely terrifying for the parents. Especially the way many of these chases end.

Absolutely terrifying for the poor kids as well, my kids are that age and i hate to think the state they would be in if that happened to us.

They'll probably still get some nonsense punishment.

Until the punishment fits the crime then it’ll continue unfortunately.

Totally agree through must have been terrible for the parents and the kids themselves.

Seems like the kidnap charges have stuck. Fair play CPS. Hoping the judge doesn't let us down. I guess
It's seems very relatable to me as my boys are 5 and 1 (almost 2)

That's good. We've probably all heard similar before where this happens and the car is abandoned a few streets away with the kids still inside, but these wee weapons tried to make their escape with zero care for the kids so I'd expect to see the book thrown.

That's unbelievably scary for the parents and the kids.

The "boys" are 15, old enough to know better and they need to be tried as adults, none of this under age, unaware bullsh*t!
