if you can, ship them like tire rack does. double cardboard disks to protect the wheel front and back, tape over the tread.

i'm guessing you're going to be about 60lbs per wheel/tire including the packing material. average tire is about 24-27lbs, rims should be about 25-27 front, 28-30 rear.

i would pack them individually.... its probably going to be about 45 per to ship. when you get over 70lbs per package, there's a surcharge IIRC.

dont forget, you also need to pay customs if ure shipping to CA.... if its going to ontario, PST and GST come out to 14% or so, plus brokerage fees...

All customs, brokerage and taxes are for the account of the BUYER, not the seller. All the seller needs to provide is an invoice for the parts.

ship them in separate boxes and be sure to cover the face of the rim with cardboard. FedEx is probably the cheapest. i shipped M6 reps in those same sizes and it was about 50-55 pounds each rim/tire boxed up.

i shipped twice.

like the others say cover the face with a couple layers of cardboard for that trip up north. use industrial saran wrap also so nothing can really get near wheels/finish. take a look at this

cardboard is abrasive, so put either the saran wrap or some other plastic between the face of the rim and the cardboard.

just make sure the buyer is aware of the customs and brokerage fees
