N52B30 does not start
After the broken DISA and and a new valve i put everything togheter again. i had some problems with the KGE, the hoses wont snap in, after hours i made it but i think when i installed the intake manifold it could have come off again.
After assembly i delete all errors and start my car, it started, but went out as the petrol line slipped off from the ijection rail. i hadn't closed the clutch lock from it. after i reconnected and vented the line i wanted to start the car again, but it wont to start. starter is working, several tries later i read out the error log. 2A9A Nockenwellensensor Einlass, Signal i changed magnetic valves, camshaft sensors, but the error comes back and the car wont start. every 4-5 start tries, the car almost starts... i have no more idea, maybe crankshaft sensor? skipped chain? |

Did you end up doing any work to the head? I'd wonder if the engine was timed correctly if you indeed did remove the head and such. Have you checked it there are any fuses related to the camshaft position sensor wiring? I think it's fuse F02

I'm not sure what that code means but I have gotten it before when I get a crank but no start situation. Last time that happened I had blown fuse F11 which runs the crankshaft position sensor and will throw codes for disa valves and the evap vent valve aswell as oil level sensor

Why don't you take off the intake manifold and recheck everything again. You crankshaft position sensor wire could have possibly come off or broke as if the wiring is not routed right, it can cause too much tension and come off. I've actually had that happen to me. And it's not just that wire, the wire to the power distribution box to the connector mounted on the manifold and come off too. I think those two problems might be it especially if you're saying some hoses could have come loose when reinstalling the manifold. Also remember there is a sensor plug that often gets overlooked to reconnect down there as well next to another hose by the distribution box area.

It's on the bottom of the bracket on the opposite side of that bottom hose connector. Most people tend to forget to reconnect that one. My best guess is either that is not connected, or the crankshaft position sensor wiring being pulled out or broken/ripped. Possibly a combination of both. |
