Supercharger Reliability?

I haven't seen a thread about the reliability of these ESS superchargers so I was curious about everyone's experiences. What sort of mileage do you guys have on the engine and how is the transmission holding up with the extra power?

Scroll down to the "Supercharger stuff" thread for specifics on how the drivetrain is holding up. Had mine on for roughly... 30k miles? It's good.
