Removing 3rd Row headrests
Is there a way to remove the headsets from the seats on 3rd row?
Those headrests are blocking the rearview when the using the seats in the upright position. Has anyone attempted to remove them? |

Interesting. But you don't have to pull the 3rd row headrests up, into the upright position. (the one and only part of the seat movements that you have to do manually). If you raise the 3rd row seats from the down (flat) position, the 3rd row headrests will remain flopped down, and out of your line of sight, unless you physically pull them up.
I suspect you may be putting people in the 3rd row, thus having the seats up, but not wanting the headrests. If people are there, don't their heads block the rearview even more than the headrests? Or are these very little munchkins? |

Thanks for getting back to me. I have two car seats installed in the 3rd row thus rendering any benefit of the headrests as useless. Ideally, I would like the option of removing them to improve visibility. Unfortunately, I’m unable to find any information on my options. If anyone has tried this, I would be grateful to hear from you.
