Leftover oil from oil cooler

Is anyone concerned or thought about the leftover oil that remains in your oil cooler after an oil change?

I understand that the oil in there is not a huge amount but it does get mixed in with your brand new oil the next time you run your car. It could have deposits in it which you wouldn't want.

There's always going to be a lot of leftover old oil in the engine... even without an oil cooler... nothing you can do about it.

the question and reply made me think of the Serenity Prayer:

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Although, you know how some guys apply multiple coats of wax when the shine their ride? You could do a double oil change. It's just (your) money.
