How to contact BMW Financial Services to transfer my lease

How do I contact BMW Financial Services? I need a telephone number to discuss the terms of transferring my wife's X5 lease. We are within 6 months of lease termination, but I want to transfer it so I can get my M3 sedan. (BMW killed the pull ahead program that I was planning on using).

The SA said it is possible for BMWFS to agree to let you xfer your lease late, especially if you will be buying a more expensive car. I just don't know how to do this.
