I don't know about elsewhere, but the lease rate in Canada for a 2021 X6MC is 7.99%. Given that it's a $140,000 vehicle here (before tax), I can't see many people wanting to lease with that high of a rate. There's probably far better deals for any 2020 remaining inventory.

Are you sure its 7.99%? I am pretty certain that 2020 models are 5.99%. Better to grab those before they are gone.

Also probably better to do a cash purchase since the residual% is crap too.

2021 are 7.99% and my dealership just got a new X6MC in stock. You're absolutely right about residual values being crap, especially on higher end M models. But, I think it's the same for many other car makers and leases are not the cheap financing option they used to be.

Just confirmed that the lease rate for 2021 x5m/x6m is 5.99%. I live in Vancouver but I think it should be the same in Canada.

I believe the rates are province specific. I built an X6MC on the configuration today and the default rate is 7.99%. I do believe that the rate on the 2020 is lower. And there’s loyalty rate reduction if applicable. These M cars are moving quick. Inventory is limited. Personally debating this vs M8GC.
