Any body color of E90, once replaced with blackline, there is no regret and no return.

yep I love blacklines on SG...the dark/smoked tones of the blacklines play well with the color....

Pacific BMW just down the street , but i should really wait for (the) shipping method, its $$ less. Ill ask the parts guys if they can match it - they are really cool people and always give breaks to make enthusiast happy. if not ebay it is. hehe

just would be nice to pick them up tomorrow morning, and have them installed by lunch.

@Yuggy: You are in for a treat my friend. :rocks:

Just had my M steering wheel installed. The dealer persuaded me to get the blackline. I am not so sure. It looks too "inhuman" and rough to me. I have a black sapphire. Need to digest a bit to decide whether I want the blackline.

We must admit some people like the higher contrast look of the stock Tail Lamps because of the white color portion. Many E46 owners do not like the tail of E90 and not kowning it is actually they are not used to seeing the white portion. I am considering Blackline is more subtle

I dont hate the stock Tail lamp like many do. Neither I would use the word 'beautiful' to describe the Blackline. I was 50/50 when I placed my order of the blackline for my Jet Black . Once it is istalled, it seems perfectly melting with the car. I have seen it also melts well with Artic. I am keeping my stock Tail Lamp and in the case of.... (oosp!...touch wood!) , I can resuse it.

Below are photos of Artic and a Black Sapphire, the contrast will be much much better if that was a sunny day!

Yes, it's purely personal taste. If they come up with a LED version, I'll definitely buy it.

I don't like that white line. I am not sure if I will replace all four tail lights or not? I just want to get rid of the white line. I may keep the outside tail lights. In other words just replace the reverse part and keep the rest. It seems a little busy if I have clear tops on the out side lights as well. Anyone thinking of doing this? I figure to replace the reverse lights and take a look and go from there. My dealer is throwing in a set.
