Tyre pressure after dealership

Hey guys, so I have the 17" wheels and I got them from the dealer but a week later I noticed that the car is running at 3.3 (48) and when I went to them to lower it, right now it shows 3.0-3.1-3.2 depending on the weather, its from 28-36C and I don't think this is normal but it's fine according to them. I'm thinking lowering it myself to 2.7-2.8 at least, what do you think?

It is too high. Check this label

Yeah exactly what I noticed... And they even told me they would fix it, now need to take care of it on my own.
