17 320i n20 safe boost to run 300whp
I was wonder how much boost I can push through the stock turbo? My goal is to make 300whp, but currently at 254whp with 302tq. I have FBO+, bm3 stage 2 agg, catless dp, FMIC, Gfb dv. From my logs I see its pushing around 19psi. I was wondering if 21psi would do the trick. Or try E85?

You'll need some fueling upgrades to run e85. You can run e30 and maybe a little more on stock fuel delivery. You can try a custom tune as well to get a bit more power out of your particular car rather than an OTS map. Probably a case of diminishing returns however.
Not sure for the stock turbo on a 320i but on a 328i, i saw pretty quick drop off in boost in the last 1k rpm to redline. Turbo was too small to push all the way with stage2. Plus if your goal is 300whp, you can make it there but it'll be just a matter of when your motor goes. You'll want to start looking into building the motor to reliably run 300+whp.
