328i exhaust question

Does anyone here know if it is possible to fit the f30 335i AWE axel back exhaust on the f30 328i.

Been looking for an exhaust for some time now and I've heard good things about awe but I would really like the dual tips (one on each side) rather than the double on one side or the quad tips. Cheers

RE: 328i exhaust question

This is doable. You will need to buy a dual exhaust compatible diffuser if you have the M Sport rear bumper. If not, I've seen people discuss cutting an outlet for the second exhaust tip? Not sure if the diffuser swap works the same on non-M Sport bumpers.

Oh okay I see, yeah I have the m sport bumper so I'll just need to purchase the diffuser if I end up getting the exhaust. Thanks for that

it's not a straight swap. there's some fabrication and welding involved, due to slightly differnt orientation, pipe diamters, and exhaust hangers.

here is one thread of many about the said topic...https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=930613

there are many threads about this same topic back from way back. using the [search] tab avoids making another one. almost everything you can think of has been attempted or done, so i always [search] first and start a new thread only if i cannot find the desired answers.
