Drivetrain Malfunction after BM3

Last night I installed bootmod3 stage 1 on my 428i N26. When driving earlier the drivetrain malfunction came on, but the car really made no difference in power response. I turned off the car went into the bank and when i turned it back on the error had gone away. I was now driving again and the error came back on but once again no difference in the car and how it drives just the error. Can anyone shed some light on this and how to fix it?

You go through the options to flash your tune a second time but there is a button that says "recode." Choose that option and the codes should go away.

I don't remember what they are exactly, but it lights up the screen in the gauge cluster as well as the Idrive system every time you start the car.
