These guys are horrible in my opinion. Why buy a car there when there are so many better dealerships in NJ.

it varies honestly....i had and heard a lot of horrific experiences at Difeo. Honestly none of the dealerships in NJ gives me the satisfaction. Upstate NY is better in my opinion...at least from my experience so far. But all car dealerships will try different sketchy ways to rob your wallet.

I just ordered a new 2009 335i Sedan from JMK last week. They gave me the best price out of all the dealers I went to and tried to get me my vehicle as fast as possible. As with everyone else, what happened there?

Tommy moved away from NJ. I believe he's in the midwest now.

JMK has been excellent for service issues to me over the last few years - they're still my go to dealership for all maintenance and fixes. Having said that, I've never bought from them as they've not been able to match deals from other dealerships in the area.

JMK is one of the best for SERVICE... and when Tommy was there it was the best for Bodyshop.. dunno about now..

I went a couple of times for SALES, I did not feel like there were taking me serious.. but that's just me.. so I bought somewhere else..

I dont think it was the dealership in general as the case is with us sometimes. One person can ruin your experience and that does not mean the whole dealership is bad. We have had morons work here with me that pissed people off but they are gone and if or when we get other ones they will be let go also. I am sure this is how JMK does business also. Like I said I doubt JMK is the issue to eb honest and I work at a competing dealership.

I have been with BMW for 4 years and JMK is NOT a dealership I get a lot of complaints about. There is one dealer who I hear complains about ALL THE TIME. They have more bad things said about them than every other dealership added up and then mulitplied by 2. I am talking sales end and service end about this particular dealership with all the complaints also.

We should all just be carefull what we say because most of the time there are many great indivduals at the delaerships and you got someone who is sub par. It is tought but you cant lump everyone together IMO. If you have had numerous problem with numerous people at a certain delaership that is a different story. Also to the OP you have to tell us what happened. You cant just post they suck and not tell us why. It makes it sound like you may not be telling the truth.

i have bought all my bmws there NEVER had any issues from sales, service, and parts. really great bunch of guys all into there bimmers.

Yes tommy was a great guy...

And their body shop is one fo the best in the area...
