B46 2.0 engine - oil top-up question

UK 2018 420i LCI, serviced about 6,000 miles ago. Oil service is due in 10,000 miles according to the display.

Just did an oil measurement and it showed the level as per the below image. Is it best to top up with 250ml of oil? Or wait until it gets to halfway between low and high?

Car is owned by my son, so it gets driven hard ....

If you mean miles and not Km I would not go at a 16,000 mile interval. Go 10,000 miles or 1 year, whichever comes first. I wouldn't worry about the present level but I would do a change in 4,000 miles.
