Stupid mistake with BM3, please help

I flashed my car today but my battery died during the flash. Prior to this flash, I have received the warning that my battery is discharged while stopped. However, I've flashed my car 3-4 times with no issue. I was flashing and within 30 seconds my car turned off and the flash was incomplete. I tried to cycle the ignition by turning it on/off three times. Because of the battery warning, I purchased a charger to try and remedy the situation but after the charger was on for a couple hours, it said it finished charging and was now maintaining the battery. However, despite the indication that the battery was sufficiently charged, I've had the same issue with the "battery is discharged warning". Subsequently, because it stopped halfway through flash I have ABS warnings as well as chassis stabilization warning. I understand that it is important to use a charger but I've flashed previously before and it was fine. From now on I understand that I must hook up the battery to a charger to avoid this problem again, big stupid mistake...
I wanted to ask for some guidance regarding this issue, as my car will not start either. I understand that normally driving 20-30 mins would give the battery some time to recharge but this isn't possible due to the fact that my car will not start. Did I permanently damage my car? I am really worried about this whole situation and have never faced a technical issue like this, so my knowledge is limited. Prior to this, I received a code in the diagnostic session regarding a missing communication Intelligent Battery Sensor. I hope that someone can help me diagnose the situation and try to get my car up and running again. Thanks!

So you had a bad battery warning and still flashed?

Try disconnecting the negative terminal for 30 minutes. Reconnect it. Hook the car up to the charger and see if codes are cleared then try a reflash.

And never flash again without being hooked up with your old battery. Probably time to load test your battery to see if you need a new one.

Change your battery first. Some of your errors are due to weak battery that no longer charge to the intended capacity. I have the same error before I swap to new battery.

Hey man,

Unplugging the negative terminal did the trick. Thanks for the advice
