Instead of "Hey, BMW ..." I want to change the name of my vehicle. I checked the manual but struck out. Can anyone help me?

My car won't let me change the wake word. I only see the ability to turn off the wake ogrse "Hey BMW". If I try to use personal assistant to change the wake word it tells me that function is unavailable. Any idea what may be causing this?

What software version are you on? Have you tried to reboot the idrive system?

So I checked for software updates and it said that I have an update available. It's downloaded and I'll try to find time tomorrow to install the update and will check to see if I have the option then.
