ConnectedDrive Remote 3D View

Is it possible to have the 3D camera snap a picture when motion is detected near the vehicle? This seems like an easy feature to activate since the required hardware is pretty much in place with the exception of the motion sensor but I believe BMW has one. I thought I read this feature explained somewhere.

Don't think so. Would be good to have though. Kind of like a Tesla Sentry mode. All the cameras are there - all it needs is some power management and a place to store images.

I think in a lot of countries (especially the EU), a lot of this kind of tech often runs foul of surveillance and privacy laws, but they could at least offer or enable it in regions where people are allowed to have it.
