I mean it doesn't sound like a belt to me, but I guess anything's possible. I'm afraid I'm out of answers on this one, hopefully someone else will be able to identify it easily.

The car only does it when it’s wot you think I’d be fine to just casually drive it ?

Without knowing what it is it's impossible to say if it's safe to drive it. That said, if my car were making this noise, I would continue driving it, gingerly, but I would also be having a shop look at it as soon as I could.
