But the delivery estimate is painful. August 13 - September 3rd...

Description says it's shipped from CA and should arrive in a week. Given I'm in CA I'd expect it to arrive in less than a week, but it's 1.5+ months based on their estimate, and it's in stock according to amazon.

I believe they are made and shipped from China - many items from there are still on low priority re covid stuff front of the line. I also had a crazy eta, but arrived in 8 days.

Do you have a picture of the armrest box insert inside the arm rest?

How much room is left under the insert once you put it in the armrest?

Interesting find on the cross bars. What type of protection do the clamps have to protect the roof rails? Any close-up pics? It is difficult to tell from the pics on Amazon. For me, I would not keep them permanently installed (not a fan of the look) so I would hate it if the bars marred the roof rails, especially since I have the black ones which I suspect will show marks/scratches easier than the silver ones...

Lots of foam. No setting pins on the rails (unlike my previous Maserati) so can adjust according to need. I use almost daily where I live and can verify that at 102 mph on Utah back road, no wind noise.

Good to hear. How about install/removal (in particular removal)? Easy 15 min job for a non-DIY person or serious PITA 1 hr+ job for a hard core DIY person (like me) that will risk life and limb and require a 6-pack to calm down after completion ? They look very easy to install/remove, but sometimes looks can be very deceiving...

Key and hex wrench. 60 secs x 4 sides. They are, of course different lengths to fit the scaled rails. Duh....So....... my first install time was much longer.
