Preparing to service trans on '09 335i, need advice

Can I decode to VIN somehow to make sure I am buying the correct items for the service? There seem to be a lot a variants in trans part numbers for this car. Can someone help with the correct numbers for the 335i auto trans?

The vin does not tell you which transmission you have. I had to get under the car and take a picture of the plate on the side of the transmission. The links below have charts based on what you see on the plate.

It will be one of the links below. Most likely the 1st. This is for the 6HP19 or 21
