In case anyone is looking into buying this, I contacted this person, he gave me a VOIP number, said his facebook is flagged for unauthorized login and didn't agree to any kind of video call. Also said he doesn't like to give out his real number when I asked him about his VOIP number. All these signs don't look good so I backed out. I could be wrong though.
