Super small number of vehicles affected. Drop your VIN into the recall checker in ConnectedDrive app. If your vehicle isn't listed, you're not up for this recall

My car is in the dealership for a rattle in the dash and has been with them since mid March (R/H drive UK Car). They said something about the dash being removed when it was in before they closed down for quarantine, now I cant talk to the dealership as the phone line goes to a central team and they just say they are investigating the rattle.
The recall checker says there is a product enhancement with code:0012940400 anyone know if this is instrument panel related? |

How does the instrument panel have any connections with the PASSENGER airbag.? To be honest I don't fancy having parts of the dash taken apart anyway.. |

I'm guessing my sarcasm was clearly missed here. The recall states they tighten the cluster. My response was a tight cluster. The troll finger was definitely being pointed at myself and not anyone here as a funny. But lets keep this thread on topic. Troll out.

Interesting---My care was produced clearly within the date range stated on the Recall notice yet when I drop my VIN into the Recall checker on BMW Connect it shows no recalls.
