Have bootmod3, need dealer warranty work

So, I installed BM3 and truly love it. But not my A/C has decided to stop working and its getting warm around here. Question.... do I have to uninstall BM3 before going to the dealer? Or would they not see it?

I always flashed back to stock when my M235 needed service.

Correct why wouldn't you. It literally takes less than 10 min of your time

Better flash back and locked the DME. You wouldn't want to argue with the authorized service center even if it's not related. You wouldn't know if firmware update is needed to solve the problem. I had problem with my AC too last year and BMW authorized center had updated the firmware twice. In the end, I found out the solution is I didn't set the AC temp lower than 20 degrees Celsius which cause the fan to drop the speed until I can't feel the air moving. My other 2 BMW set at 20 degrees Celcius do not have the same problem.
