Key fob buttons not working

I have a 2019 g01, the key fob buttons on both remotes are not working. The touch entry still locks and unlocks the car, and the car still starts, but cannot lock, unlock, open truck or use panic alarm. Car is coded to close windows with lock button on remote, and close tailgate from remote. Any ideas or similar experiences?

Bring it back to stock and recheck.

I didn’t do the coding myself, don’t have the program or cable to do so. Is there a way to restore stock from a user perspective?
Also, the windows will close from comfort access, but not open. Stock, the windows would open, but not close from comfort access.
Car is stored in a locked garage at my house, both keys are stored about 50 feet from the car itself, could it be a battery issue?

Have you tried the second remote? If that works, then change the battery on the first.

Yes, both remotes stopped working correctly at the same time, over night. I tried repairing one by putting it to the steering column and starting the car per instructions posted online, then also tried replacing the battery in one. No dice. As mentioned the comfort access still works fine and car starts with no problems so I’m guessing it’s a receiver failure within the car. I don’t think the coding would have anything to do with it as these are features that are standard in other regions.
Usually when you click a button on the remote you here some kind of a response from the car, a click or a relay turning on or something besides the action you are expecting. I get nothing when I hit any of the buttons, I’m guessing the car’s just not hearing the signal.

OP, you didn't say . . .

Did the remotes stop working right after the coding was done for you, or was there a time after coding that the remotes functioned properly?

No, car was originally coded back in sept 19, then it went in for service and recall in January 20 where coding was wiped out. Recoded again in Jan, this problem came up this past Friday or Saturday. They seem to be unrelated from my perspective.

Yes, it would seem so.

Dealer replacing remote radio receiver. I’m guessing it’s something that doesn’t go bad often...
