X3 M40i Manheim

Anyone have Manheim pricing on used X3 M40i?

I need a new car (moving out of NYC) and keep reading articles about how the auction prices have disconnected from retail prices. Trying to decide if it's worth waiting for prices to fall / how much farther they may go.

Really appreciate everyone's experiences here - I think it's convinced me to go for the X3 over the 3 series.

I don't have a precise answer for you but researched retail prices quite a bit before my purchase in mid Feb. Based on what I see now, it appears retail prices are 3% - 4% less than what I saw 2.5 mos ago but the vehicles have also aged in that time. Will they go much lower? Can't say, but if there are loan and lease defaults, inventory will be up in a cash strapped market with high unemployment. What's it worth to wait though and can you?

IMO you can probably strike a good deal now. I think there is used inventory and buyers should be able to negotiate a nice deal. A gently used 2018 or 2019 X3 can be had for a good discount over new. Love the vehicle. Roomy, comfortable and fast.

Thank you for the data point. I'm not in a huge rush, I need a car in the next 1-2 months and my brother in law has been gracious enough to loan me his in the meantime. More trying to balance the nice to have of giving him his car back earlier / new ride for me to enjoy vs the fiscally prudent

As a reference point, mine is a 2018 Phytonic blue with congac leather. HK stereo, premium package, 21" wheels, driver assistance package, navi. Pretty much everything but exec package. Mileage was 13K and hard to find a defect or blemish inside or out. $44K without tax and license back in mid Feb. I paid $600 to have it shipped 1,000 mi.
