Question for people outside the US market or those who have access to parts systems..

All x3s in the US are sold with either leather or sensatec.

Does anyone know if there are any seats sold in any market that are either cloth, suede, alcantara or any combo of materials other then leather or vinyl? Or even m performance.

It looks like there's a non-leather or sensatec option available on the configurator in Germany.

Yes, you are right. You can configure by your own in Spanish or French website. It's the default option for M package. I tried and they were very comfortable in my opinion. I think I have some photos on my laptop. I can upload them tomorrow that can be better appreciated than in the bwm webpage.

I wish BMW would do the leather and alcantara mix like Audi does. Had an S4 like that and loved it.

That cloth option looks decent as well.

Not to dissuade you but purchasing new leather/cloth for both front seats (4 total pieces) would probably cost at least $2,000 alone. Let alone that you should have a professional remove and refit it onto your current seats, which is probably about 2-3 hours of labor per seat.

Just being realistic it is going to be very pricey but it's your wallet and you're free to do as you want
